In 30 years of running thousands of group conversations for Fortune 500 brands, teams and organizations, I know how to unpack what can be left un-said. And, as a middle child, I am quite comfortable bringing another perspective, and sitting with, if not, generating, a little productive friction. (Who me?)
I come from outside your business, listen, coax meaning out of the swirling data and dynamics, and help you develop ideas and solutions so you can move forward. I simplify complexity so we can focus on what’s important; I make connections across disparate ideas so we can harness creativity and imagination; I create rapport so conversations can be honest, productive and propulsive.
I'm a coach, facilitator and qualitative researcher. I work with people who want to bring nuanced insight into processes - be it brand, marketing, innovation and/or organizational.
I've seen briefs, RFP's, pitch decks and problem statements of all shapes and sizes. I understand the ways and challenges of lean and large organizations and non-profits. I play well with others; aiming to keep it simple, thoughtful and engaging. I genuinely love to share ideas, and inspire adults to tap into what’s possible.

When you need to dig into your category/competition/ users to fuel communications or product development. I conduct all manner of qualitative research (from online communities to ethno's),and have a strong network of partners across data analytics, quantitive research, and semiotics.
When you want to share learning, new concepts and tools with your team or need to corral and inspire stakeholders and partners. I design and conduct meetings and workshops that address objectives, engage your team and create a roadmap so insights and sparkle don’t die in the workshop room.

I partner with you to clear your head, discover (or re-discover) what makes you tick, play with possibilities and put them into action. I also come into your team and support shifts and changes (e.g., post M&A, post grief, etc.)
I guest lecture, teach and speak about communications, creativity generation, running research that can reveal real insight, and team/organizational dynamics including how to influence, how to choose moments of silence.
